Request for Wholesale Access
If you would like to sign up for a wholesale account please complete the following steps.
- Go to the Sign Up page and complete the form.
- Please fill the Exemption Certificate Form and email or fax it to us or alternatively, you can fill the Exemption Certificate E-Form, which is an electronic version. Once we you have completed Step 1, we will also send you an electronic version of the Exemption Certificate Form if we have not already received one from you by that time. You only have to fill out one or the other, either a hard copy or an electronic version of the Exemption Certificate Form, not both. You can pick whichever one is more convenient for you.
Once we have all the information, we will enable wholesale access for your account.
